Makeup com Limited, is pleased to announce the launch of "Live Chat", a comprehensive software platform (chat, email and a self-service/knowledgebase) that allows for the management of online customer interactions. The on-demand software enables makeup com to identify and proactively engage suitable customers by using the right communication channel at the right time. This platform also allows makeup com to deliver a personalized and seamless customer service experience.
In addition to the "Live Chat" launch, makeup com has also implemented a new phone management system that allows its agents to manage customer service inquiries quickly and professionally. Whether assisting a client in the decision-making process on a particular brand(s) or following up on customer questions, agents are now able to effectively and efficiently assist makeup com clients.
